About

This blog will serve to document my effort to eat, review, and rate as many burgers as I can in Toronto and in the GTA (I live on the west end of Toronto, so emphasis may be placed on west Toronto / Mississauga establishments, though I will try my best to eat hamburgers throughout the GTA).

For a little background on my burger preferences, take a look at my ten hamburger commandments.

If you have any suggestions/feedback, please feel free to email me at mknusair (at) gmail (dot) com.

  1. This is a great site! Once I read your review of Hero burger I new this site had integrity! Hero burger by far is the worst hamburger of all time! Great website! Thanks!

  2. Hey there… I read your blog and you inspired me to create my own. I figure two opinions by burger lovers couldn’t hurt the city. Let me know what you think and if you want to follow my blog feel free.

Every odd numbered review will be a review of a burger joint you reviewed in order that you reviewed. Really for the sole reason that I want to try every burger joint in the city and your blog is the best place to get a list and opinion on them.

    My blog is:

    1. Nice work, Justin. Bookmarked. It’s nice to see another blog taking burgers in the GTA seriously (there are a few that haven’t updated in a long time, but in terms of active burger blogs, I think it’s just you and me).

  3. Hey Michael…

Just wanted to inform you that I switched to wordpress for my blog. So if you want to bookmark, follow, like, do whatever you need to do to get my posts feel free… Also added a new post to a place you’ve never been before. I would love your review of this place sometime… My new site is:

  4. I just came across this blog while searching “Best Burger Oakville” where I happen to live. Want a great effort you have put forward and your reviews are high quality. Saves people so much guess work. Like many, I love a good burger and now call you my sole point of contact for research on the matter. Thanks!

  5. Hey
Just came across this site as I’m in Toronto for a week. If i were to go to only burger joint during my visit here, what would it be? Based on stuff I had read elsewhere, I did narrow options down to Burger’s Priest and Holy Chuck? Any preference out of the two, or a third one that trumps them both?

    Thanks
    Biv

    1. Hard to go wrong with either of those places, honestly. Holy Chuck has a slightly more interesting menu, which might give it the edge, but they’re neck-and-neck.

    1. I’m curious about that too! I keep seeing pictures of that burger on Instragram, and it looks really good. Haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, though. But it’s definitely high on my list of burgers to try, so I’m guessing there will be a review at some point in the next couple of months.
