This blog will serve to document my effort to eat, review, and rate as many burgers as I can in Toronto and in the GTA (I live on the west end of Toronto, so emphasis may be placed on west Toronto / Mississauga establishments, though I will try my best to eat hamburgers throughout the GTA).

very few food reviewers are so concise as to why the food they are eating is good or bad, but you have specific parameters that are total common sense and you stick with it. Great blog!

Just came across this site as I’m in Toronto for a week. If i were to go to only burger joint during my visit here, what would it be? Based on stuff I had read elsewhere, I did narrow options down to Burger’s Priest and Holy Chuck? Any preference out of the two, or a third one that trumps them both?

Hard to go wrong with either of those places, honestly. Holy Chuck has a slightly more interesting menu, which might give it the edge, but they’re neck-and-neck.

I’m curious about that too! I keep seeing pictures of that burger on Instragram, and it looks really good. Haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, though. But it’s definitely high on my list of burgers to try, so I’m guessing there will be a review at some point in the next couple of months.
